I have bought many skeins of yarn here with no problems. I occasionally request a skein with a particular coloration and they pick me out a skein to accommodate me. I knit every day. The yarn selection is fabulous. I like supporting another knitter’s business. I have also bought a cardholder wallet and one finished item knitted by Jamie Rex. I appreciate Theo packing orders quickly, always including a thank you note. I have also purchased several patterns without issues.
Beautiful yarn to the touch but I haven’t used it yet; however, I have been happy with all the yarn I have purchased from North Road Knits. I like supporting fellow knitters and Jamie Rex has a lovely collection of yarns to pick from.
Nicely made cardholder wallet; strap is sturdy. Zipper compartment for money. Nice item when you don’t want to carry a purse.
I loved knitting the Gales of November hat! The directions were very clear and it was fun to knit.

I have a hat from Jamie which I call my “heavy duty” hat. The Maple Hill hat is for not as coldly intense days. In fact, as we were waiting for our table at The Angry Trout (in August), it was cold and windy and I pulled the Maple Hill out of my bag! It was perfect as a lighter hat with all the warmth. I didn’t even take the tag off! I love the color. I call it a dark robin’s egg blue. Lovely work.
